▣ Introduction
Mean Well is pleased to unveil the first green wall-mounted medical adaptor, particularly, with the interchangeable AC plug ~GEM18I series (18W). This adaptor is designed with the AC plug that is interchangeable among four different types -European, USA, U.K. and Australian- allowing the AC plug of GEM18I to be easily switched when using in different countries all over the world. The design is approved for IEC60601-1 3rd, EN60601-1-11, and ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1-11 household medical regulations; the fulfillment of 2xMOPP level and the ultra low leakage current (<100uA) make GEM18I suitable for BF (direct contact with patients) medical equipments; in addition, it is compliant with the up-to-date international energy saving standards (EISA 2007/DoE Level VI) and EU ErP. GEM18I is a highly secure, high quality, long life-time and energy-saving medical adaptor, perfectly fit the use with various types of household medical appliances, portable medical devices for business travelers, or medical equipments which need the power supplies with interchangeable AC plug as part of the globally sold solutions.
